This website design is simple as well as users friendly to direct users to search for what they want. TGV website consists of the movies that now showing, the synopsis and the show times of movies as well, TGV cinemas branches, ticket prices and etc. Thus, users able to know what movies are on the screen just with few clicks on the website. They also can know which cinemas is the nearest to them.
Besides, users can reserve or purchase ticket on this website through eticketing. Users can enjoy the convenience of online purchasing ticket to avoid queues. Prior to this, users have to register to become members. For the transaction, users just need to select the cinema, movie, date and show time and the method of payment. For reservation, users either can choose pay online or
pay at the counter before 45 minutes of the movie show time. If pay online, users can collect movie tickets at anytime before the show starts. The payment could be made by M-Money or credit card such as Visa cards or Master cards. Once the transaction is success, RM1 transaction fees will be charged and is non-refundable.
However, TGV website has few drawbacks. One of it is TGV only shows the nearest coming soon movies instead of other subsequent months coming soon movies too. So, the information of new movies is insufficient for users. Besides, not everyone can purchase or reserve tickets online unless you have become a TGV cinemas members. In case the user is rushing to purchase the movie ticket, he or she cannot purchase online directly. But he or she has to take time to register to be a member. This might cause the inconvenience of purchasing ticket for them.
Overall, TGV cinemas website is good and convenient. Yet, it still needs to be improved to make it better in order to attract more users to visit its website.

Because if anyone can book ticket without registring, then there will be a lot of fraud cases by irresponsible users. In my opinion, TGI should improve on its webpage design such as visual and animation to enchance the experience of the users. (since tgv website is part of service touch point that served as a base of information and reservation)

when i booking the ticket, can i pay with cash at the counter because there is no information about paying with cash when we booking the ticket..please reply urgently..i'm confuse..
